Kent Police are currently hunting for a man caught acting inappropriately near the Enchanted Woodland on Chaucer Way in Dartford. The disturbing incidents of indecent exposure occurred twice, first on Monday 27 February 2023 between 2.30pm and 7.00pm, and again on Friday 3 March.
The suspect is described as a slim white man who was wearing a black woolly hat at the time of the incidents.
Acting Detective Inspector Matthew Childs of the North Kent Vulnerability Investigation Team said: “Kent Police takes reports of indecent exposure seriously, and we continue to conduct house-to-house inquiries, review CCTV, and increase patrols to reassure local residents. Having exhausted initial lines of enquiry, we are now appealing to the public for help. We want to hear from anyone with doorbell or residential CCTV footage or drivers who were in the area during the incidents.”
Members of the public who have any information are urged to contact Kent Police on 01474 366149, quoting crime number 46/38024/23. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously through Crimestoppers at 0800 555111 or via their online form.
Police are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward to assist in catching the suspect involved in these shocking incidents.
