Motorists should prepare for major overnight closures at the Dartford Crossing this weekend. The iconic crossing, which includes the QEII Bridge and Dartford Tunnels, will be closed overnight for vital maintenance, waterproofing, and joint replacement works.
The closures will affect both northbound and southbound routes on the A282 from Friday night, 27 June, through to Monday morning, 30 June. Drivers are advised to plan their journeys carefully and allow extra time to avoid traffic delays caused by diversions.
