Police are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred on Great Cambridge Road, Tottenham, N17, in the early morning of Friday, 17 January 2025.

At approximately 1.30am, a 17-year-old boy was attacked and sustained serious injuries. He was immediately taken to hospital where he remains under treatment. Authorities have confirmed that his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The Metropolitan Police have launched a full investigation into the attack. As of now, no arrests have been made. Detectives are actively working to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and to identify those responsible.

Police have urged members of the public to come forward with any information that could assist the investigation. Witnesses or anyone with relevant details are encouraged to contact the police by calling 101 or messaging @MetCC on X (formerly Twitter), quoting CAD 481/17JAN. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or visiting crimestoppers-uk.org.

Community safety remains a priority for police in Tottenham. Officers are increasing patrols and engaging with local residents to enhance security and reassure the community. Residents are advised to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to help prevent further violence.
