Cristian Alejandro Solorio Anguiano, 28, has been sentenced to six years and eight months in prison following a disturbing home invasion in Ceres, California. Anguiano unlawfully entered a woman’s bedroom and licked her toes while she was asleep.
The incident occurred when the woman’s father left the property, allowing Anguiano to invade her personal space during the night. The victim woke to find Anguiano biting and sucking on her toes. Despite the alarming situation, she remained calm and spoke to him in a composed manner, which appeared to confuse the intruder.
When other family members entered the room, Anguiano fled the scene, ending the unsettling incident.
Anguiano’s obsession with the victim began months earlier. After noticing her at her workplace, he engaged in stalking behaviour, including sending letters inviting her to Mexico and sleeping in his car near her home. This intrusive behaviour escalated to the break-in, with the toe-licking marking an extreme and unwanted expression of his fixation.
Anguiano pleaded no contest to felony stalking and burglary with intent to commit a sex act. The court imposed the maximum sentence allowed under California law: six years and eight months in prison. Additionally, he was ordered to register as a lifetime sex offender.
Authorities have confirmed that Anguiano faces further charges related to drug trafficking.
Incidents like this highlight the serious consequences of stalking and home invasions. The victim’s calm response during the attack played a key role in the intruder’s eventual retreat.
