Denied the Charges but Found Guilty at Cambridge Crown Court
The Stanground resident from Manor Gardens flatly denied threatening anyone with an offensive weapon in public. Yet, after a trial in December at Cambridge Crown Court, the evidence spoke loud and clear—he was found guilty. He also admitted to having cannabis on him during the incident.
30-Month Jail Sentence for Serial Knife Offender
On Monday 9 March, Maretic-Ramos returned to Cambridge Crown Court and was hit with a tough 30-month prison sentence. The judge made it clear that his repeated knife offences would not be tolerated any longer.
