UK Man Jailed Over Sick Child Abuse Livestream From Philippines
A 49-year-old Rotherham man has been slammed behind bars for four and a half years after cops busted him running a vile child abuse livestream racket from the Philippines.
Richard Green was exposed following a US-led investigation supported by the National Crime Agency (NCA). Between July and November 2019, Green bombarded a Filipino woman with 350 messages, made ten video calls, and received appalling indecent images of children.
Using the username ‘Rich2076’, Green demanded live webcam sessions with the woman’s nine-year-old daughter, pushing for explicit footage.
Shocking Evidence Found on Multiple Devices
In February 2024, police seized a dozen of Green’s devices. Digital forensics uncovered a second account he used to send payments to the woman. Chat logs revealed he paid for mobile top-ups to secure live abuse streams.
Between October 2020 and November 2023, Green fixated on the woman’s 15-year-old daughter, searching sickening terms like “teen” and “schoolgirls.”
Police found 28 indecent images on his gadgets, including seven Category A – the worst kind – and 13 marked extreme.
Justice Served: Green Locked Up
Green first denied all charges but later pleaded guilty at Sheffield Crown Court in August 2025. Today, he was sentenced to four years and six months for arranging child sexual offences and possessing indecent images.
Holly Triggs, NCA Operations Manager, said: “Richard Green targeted children in the Philippines for years, orchestrating horrific abuse via livestreams. He thought distance would shield him, but international police cooperation caught him out. The NCA never stops chasing offenders, wherever they hide.”
