Truro Tragedy: Elderly Man Dies in Land Rover Crash
Thomas Andrews, 84, from Truro, tragically died on Monday, May 30, after his silver Land Rover Discovery was involved in a serious collision.
Passenger Injured, Air Ambulance Scrambles
A female passenger was rushed to hospital with minor injuries following the crash. Emergency services were called at around 7:15 p.m., and the A30 was shut both ways to make way for the 1 Air Ambulance to land at the scene.
Police Probe Underway, Scene Cleared at Dawn
Local officers and the Alliance Roads Policing Team conducted a detailed forensic investigation. The crash site was finally handed over to Highways at 4:55 a.m. the next day.
