West Yorkshire Police have launched an investigation after two bodies were discovered at a flat in Leeds on Tuesday evening.
Officers were called to a property on Dawlish Road in the Osmondthorpe area following concerns for the welfare of a missing woman.
Upon entering the premises, police found the bodies of a man and a woman. The identities of the deceased have not yet been confirmed, and their relationship has not been disclosed.
Investigation Underway
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police confirmed the discovery and stated:
“Enquiries are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the deaths. We ask the public not to speculate while the investigation is underway.”
Forensic teams have been seen at the scene, and a police cordon remains in place around the property as officers continue their inquiries.
