Police Launch Investigation as Road Remains Closed
An elderly man has reportedly been killed following a violent altercation on Newmarket High Street this Saturday afternoon (March 9, 2025).
Police were called to the scene at 3:40 pm after receiving reports of a large fight involving multiple people.

- High Street remains closed in both directions as police continue their investigation.

While authorities have not yet officially confirmed the fatality, early reports suggest that an elderly man lost his life during the altercation.
