Frederick was last seen at approximately 11:15 a.m. on Monday, February 10. Concern is growing for his safety and well-being, and police are asking for the public’s help in locating him.
Description of Missing Man
Frederick is described as:
- White male with a tanned complexion
- 5ft 8ins tall, of slight build
- Grey and white hair, clean-shaven
- Wearing a brown jacket and green denim trousers
