Police have issued an appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of Charlie Moore, who is wanted for failing to comply with notification requirements.
Moore, whose age has not been disclosed, is known to have links to Medway in Kent and Basildon in Essex. Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen him or has information about his location to come forward.
