Investigators are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Maidstone.

The incident happened between 4pm and 4.30pm on Tuesday 6 April 2021 as the victim was walking two dogs in Marion Crescent.

It is alleged a suspect on a black electric scooter assaulted the victim after the dogs barked at him.

The victim, a man in his 30s, fell to the ground and later went to hospital for treatment to injuries to his wrists and face.

The suspect is described as being white, in his late teens, around five feet and eleven inches tall, of slim build and with light blond curly hair.

He was wearing a waist-length jacket, jogging bottoms and black trainers.
