The teenager was last seen in the city around 11.30am on Friday April 15. Mustafa has olive skin, is 5’ 10” and of slim build. He has short, black hair and was last seen wearing a navy hooded jumper, navy tracksuit bottoms, a grey Adidas coat, and white Jordan trainers. He wasn’t carrying a bag.
