Darin Harvey of Birch Road, Wardle stands accused of the murder of his two week old daughter Felicity-May Harvey who passed away in hospital on Monday 11 January 2021 after police were called to a report of concern for her welfare.
The case has been sent to Manchester Crown Court to be heard tomorrow, Friday 22 April Mr Harvey was remanded into custody.
