A suspected burglar has been charged following a reported break-in at a Maidstone address.
On 18 September 2020, central heating fittings and a quantity of copper were allegedly stolen from a garage at a private address in Mallings Drive, Bearsted.
On Monday 12 October, Brian Smith of no fixed address was arrested in connection with the incident.
The 35-year-old was later charged with burglary and has been bailed to appear before Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on 11 November.
