Police charge man over gruesome freezer deaths

Met Police say Zarhid Younis, 34, of Vandome Close, E16 has been charged with two counts of preventing the lawful and decent burial of a dead body. This comes after police discovered the bodies of two women stuffed inside a chest freezer at a flat. Scotland Yard’s DCI Simon Harding said both women were fully clothed & that the murder investigation has been complicated as both bodies were frozen together. The DCI added that this was the most ‘challenging and complex’ crime scene he has ever dealt with.
