Portsmouth Serial Stalker Paul Nelson returned to Prison

Portsmouth is that bit safer again after the notorious Portsmouth Stalker Paul Nelson formally of Western Parade, Southsea has been recalled to prison we can exclusively reveal. Nelson who was jailed by Portsmouth Crown court was released with strict conditions at the halfway point of his 21-month prison sentence from Exeter prison. Devious’ stalker behind Spotted Portsmouth who plagued a woman’s life returned to Portsmouth at the beginning of March this year. Nelson who has shown no remorse for the victim he targeted tried to apply for a home detention tag but was refused on the grounds that he was too high risk of reoffending. Less than 60 days after his release he is back in jail after breaking the conditions. Nelson is understood to have breached part of the lifetime restraining order banning him from contacting the woman and from going to parts of Southsea, including Palmerston Road between Osborne Road and Clarence Parade, and the section of Clarendon Road between Palmerston Road and The Vale. The victim’s friends spotted Nelson and reported those facts to Police and he was rearrested and now faces new charges for breaching the order. Nelson will now have to serve the remainder of his sentence in prison
