Man charged with Robbery offences
Detectives investigating a robbery and an attempted robbery in Aylesford have charged a man. The incidents took place at a shop in the High Street on 19 February 2019 where a quantity of cash is reported to have been stolen, and a store in Premier Parade on 25 March where the suspect fled empty-handed. On Thursday 4 April, investigators arrested 19-year-old Ronan Cruise on suspicion of robbery. Mr Cruise, of no fixed address was charged with both offences and is remanded to appear by video link before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday 5 April.
