Can you help us find missing teenager Ellie Phelps?
Police are appealing for help in finding a 15-year-old girl who was reported missing on Wednesday (14 November). Ellie Phelps lives in Worcestershire but is believed to be in Surrey. Ellie is extremely vulnerable due to her age and officers are concerned for her safety. She is described as white, 157cm tall, of a slim build with blonde hair and blue eyes.
