Serious Crash Closes A324 Aldershot Road in Pirbright
The A324 Aldershot Road in Pirbright is shut both ways after a severe collision early Monday morning. Police warn the closure will last for hours as they investigate.
Crash Details
Surrey Police confirmed the crash happened just after 7am near the Royal Oak pub. A white Ducati motorbike collided with a grey Isuzu D-Max pick-up between Cobbett Hill Road and Ash Road.
Appeal for Witnesses
Officers at the scene are urging anyone who saw the incident or has dash cam footage to come forward. “We want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or the vehicles’ movements before the crash,” said police.
The motorbike rider, a man in his 30s, suffered potentially life-threatening injuries and was rushed to hospital. Thankfully, no one else was hurt.
