BT’s broadband and phone services have crashed across the UK, leaving thousands in the lurch. Down Detector reports massive outages in major cities including London, Birmingham, and Coventry.
Customers flooded social media with complaints as BT confirmed many of its services are currently offline.
BT Admits Nationwide Network Chaos
A BT spokesman said: “It is true that we are down at the moment. We are aware of the problems and are working on them as fast as we can.”
To make matters worse, BT’s own website has gone down, and customers say the helpline is also unresponsive.
