BAD COP Ex-Wiltshire Cop Busted for Stalking Again

Andrew Edwards, 31, a former Wiltshire Police officer, has landed back in trouble. He’s been charged with breaching a court order after allegedly spying on his ex’s Facebook story.

From Cop to Stalker

Edwards, from Parkfields, Chippenham, was earlier convicted at Bristol Crown Court for stalking and misconduct in public office. He abused police systems to track his ex-girlfriend and her new partner.

He worked as a response officer in Chippenham but got suspended as soon as Wiltshire Police uncovered his creepy behaviour.

Ignoring Court Orders

Back in July, a Stalking Protection Order was slapped on Edwards, running alongside a suspended sentence. Despite that, on 11 October, he allegedly checked out his victim’s Facebook story – a clear breach of the order.

He’s set to answer for this at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 21 October.
