Police Arrest Trio Over Teen’s Death

Three people have been arrested following the grim discovery of a 19-year-old female bar worker found dead in Manchester in the early hours. The young worker was found unresponsive in a flat near The Deaf Institute, close to her workplace, Gorilla nightclub.

Welfare Concern Sparks Emergency Call

Greater Manchester Police responded urgently after reports raised concerns for the young woman’s welfare at a residence on Grosvenor Street. The arrests relate to alleged drug supply offences connected to the case.

Venue Offers Condolences Amid Ongoing Investigation

The Deaf Institute, part of Tokyo Industries alongside Gorilla and other venues, confirmed the death of their staff member.

“We can confirm that in the early hours of Thursday morning a team member from our Gorilla venue tragically passed away in an apartment on Grosvenor Street.

“We have no detailed information about what happened and will not comment further while police investigations continue. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this difficult time.”

Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death as the community reels from the tragedy.
