RUSHED TO HOSPITIAL Cyclist Hit on Romford Road Forest Gate – 27-Year-Old Rushed to Hospital

Emergency services scrambled to Romford Road at around 11pm on October 15 after a serious collision between a car and a cyclist.

Man Taken to Major Trauma Centre

Police and paramedics arrived swiftly, prioritising the treatment of the 27-year-old cyclist. He was rushed to hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening but serious enough to require major trauma care.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 10.57pm yesterday (15 October) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Romford Road and Katherine Road, Forest Gate. We treated a man before taking him to a major trauma centre as a priority.”

No Arrests Yet – Police Seek Witnesses

The Metropolitan Police confirmed they attended the scene and closed roads for investigation. So far, no arrests have been made.

A Met Police spokesperson said: “At this stage, there has been no arrest. If you saw the incident, or have any dash cam footage that can assist with the investigation, then please call police on 101 stating CAD8548/15Oct.”
