Scarborough & Ryedale Heroes Respond

The Scarborough and Ryedale Mountain Rescue Team revealed: “Last night, Yorkshire Ambulance Service called us to help a mountain biker with an arm injury in Dalby Forest.”

Several team members training at base quickly jumped into action. A full team callout was issued, with rescue vehicles rushing to the scene.

Air Ambulance Airlift Saves the Day

After assessing the injured cyclist, the rescue team requested backup from Yorkshire Air Ambulance. A landing site was set up safely near the Visitor Centre.

An urgent mission successfully completed as mountain rescue and air ambulance workers worked seamlessly to save the day.
