Man Hurt While Walking Dogs in Maidstone Crash – UKNIP

A man in his 20s was injured after being hit by a car while crossing the road with his dogs in Maidstone. Police are hunting witnesses and dashcam footage to piece together the collision.

Car Hits Pedestrian on A20 Ashford Road

The crash happened at 4.40pm on Wednesday 17 September 2025 at a crossing near Weavering Street on the A20 Ashford Road. A blue Cupra was involved. Emergency crews rushed to the scene, and the man was taken to hospital with multiple injuries but has since been discharged.

His two dogs also needed veterinary treatment but survived the smash.

Driver Stopped, Police Appeal for CCTV and Dashcam Footage

The driver stayed at the scene, and police continue their investigation. They are urging anyone with private CCTV or dashcam who may have captured the incident to come forward.
