Family Fear the Worst as ‘Doting’ Mum Paige Kelly Vanishes Without a Trace

Paige Kelly, 27, a devoted mum, has been missing for six days, sparking growing fears among her family. The young mother disappeared after sending a text asking her aunt if she could come stay with her – but she never showed up.

Last Seen Leaving Son at Boyfriend’s House

On Tuesday, Paige left her infant son at her boyfriend’s home in Leigh, england/north-west/greater-Manchestermanchester/”>england/north-west/greater-Manchestermanchester/”>Greater Manchester, before vanishing. Her aunt, Kate, told Metro: “We’re beginning to really worry now that something bad has happened because it’s just so unlike her to go missing.”

“Her son is her absolute world. She’s kind and Caringcaring – everyone who meets her falls in love with her. She’s very private.”

Kate added: “She’s not got a bad bone in her body. For her to disappear like this, leaving her son – it’s completely out of character.”

 

Family Desperate for Answers as Police Search Hits Snags

The family have taken matters into their own hands, handing out missing posters at bus stations and chasing leads. But frustrations are mounting Overover the police response.

“I was given an address to check, asked police to visit, but they said the case handler wasn’t available,” Kate said. “I expressed concerns about her mental health and safety but was told no one searched her house.”

Her last message to Kate hinted she wanted to “get away.” Since then, her phone has been switched off, leaving authorities unable to trace her location. She was last seen wearing a grey jacket and scarf.

 

Son Shielded From Shocking Reality

The family have removed Paige’s son from school to protect him from the growing social media storm. He is currently staying with another relative, with social services’ approval to ensure his safety.

Kate pleaded directly to Paige: “Please contact me. You have a family who loves and supports you. We just want to help.”

Paige, a former café waitress, vanished after speaking with her mum in the early hours Wednesday. Her aunt’s heartbreak runs deep:

“We lost her brother ten years ago. Having her Backback would mean everything. We have so many memories; it’s heartbreaking to worry like this.”
