On the Run: Known To Use Aliases and Considered Dangerous

Pennington, 37, is being tracked by the Management of Sexual or Violent Offenders (MOSOVO) team. Officers warn he poses a serious risk to women and children.

He was originally jailed in 2009 for child rape and again locked up in 2024 for multiple breaches, including ignoring SHPO rules and notification duties.

Police urge the public not to approach Pennington. If spotted, call 999 immediately and quote the investigation number.
