Flower boxes removed by dozy builder  contain Asbestos we can reveal. Embassy Court in Bramble Road, Southsea  had some window flower boxes removed from the outside of its building that contain asbestos. These boxes have now been dumped outside the property in the street which has plenty of children walking up and down every day as its home to Brambles Nursery and a School, and is walking distance to Priory School.
