Nine-Year-Old Girl Missing From Eastleigh
Police and family issue desperate plea to help trace Bella, last seen in Southampton on Saturday
Hampshire Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a nine-year-old girl from Eastleigh who has gone missing, prompting extreme concern for her welfare.
Bella, aged 9, was last seen at around 3pm on Saturday, 30 August 2025, in the Mansbridge area of Southampton.
She is described as being around 4ft tall, of slim build, with hazel eyes and dark ginger hair with a distinctive strip of purple at the front.
When last seen, Bella was wearing Stitch pyjamas (shorts and a t-shirt) along with purple Stitch trainers.
Police: “Immediate sightings must be reported”
Officers are urging anyone who may have seen Bella to call 999 immediately, stressing the urgency of the case.
In a statement, Hampshire Constabulary said:
“We are extremely concerned for Bella’s safety. If you see her, please keep her in sight until emergency services arrive. No matter how small the detail, if you have information, contact us straight away.”
Public asked to stay vigilant
Volunteers from Missing Adults & Children in the UK and the Missing Persons Team (MPT) have also circulated posters and are working closely with police in the search effort.
Residents in Eastleigh and Southampton are being asked to check doorbell cameras, CCTV, gardens, outbuildings, and any public spaces where a child may seek shelter.
