Man Taken to Hospital After Stabbing in Southall
A man has been taken to hospital after a stabbing incident in The Green, Southall on Friday evening.
The London Ambulance Service confirmed it was called to the scene at 5pm on 13 June, following reports of a stabbing.
Emergency Response
A spokesperson for the service said:
“We were called at 5pm yesterday (13 June) to reports of a stabbing in The Green, Southall.
“We sent an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car and our Tactical Response Unit to the scene.
“We treated one patient and took him to hospital.”
The condition of the victim has not yet been publicly disclosed, and no further details on the nature of the injuries have been released.
Police Investigation Ongoing
The Metropolitan Police has been approached for comment and to confirm whether any arrests have been made.
The Green in Southall is a busy shopping area, and the incident is likely to raise further concerns about knife crime in West London.
