West Midlands Police Appeal: Can You Identify This Man in Chipperfield Road Assault Case?

Police Seek Public’s Help to Identify Man in Birmingham Assault Investigation

 

West Midlands Police have launched a public appeal to identify a man they wish to speak with after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted near a bus stop on Chipperfield Road, Birmingham.

The incident occurred at approximately 3:45 PM on Tuesday, April 23, 2025. Despite conducting extensive CCTV enquiries, officers have yet to confirm the identity of the man pictured.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said:

“We want to speak with the man shown in the image in connection with a sexual assault on a teenage girl.
While the image isn’t the clearest, we believe someone in the community may recognise him or have crucial information that can assist our investigation.”
