A serious road traffic collision has led to a full closure of the A4 Great West Road eastbound in Hounslow, following reports of a person trapped in a vehicle.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Great West Road, at approximately 9:50pm on Saturday, 17 May.
London Fire Brigade, London Ambulance Service and Metropolitan Police all responded swiftly to the scene showing large amount of debris in the road.

From: A30 Great South West Road (Henlys Roundabout) To: Vicarage Farm Road
Transport for London has confirmed that the eastbound carriageway of the A4 is fully shut between Henlys Roundabout and Vicarage Farm Road.
Rescue Operation Underway
Firefighters from the London Fire Brigade’s , including a Fire Rescue were, deployed with specialist equipment to extricate the occupant.
The trapped person’s condition has not yet been officially confirmed, but paramedics remain on scene providing urgent care.
Traffic Disruption
The A4 is a major arterial route into central London, and the closure is causing significant delays throughout the Hounslow West area. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
