Kent Police are appealing for witnesses following two linked incidents of criminal damage in Maidstone town centre, targeting the Allianz Insurance building.
The first act of vandalism took place at approximately 1am on Monday, 21 April 2025, when a suspect reportedly threw paint over the windows of the Fairmeadow-based office, located near Maidstone High Street, before smashing the glass.
A second incident occurred just a week later, between 8pm on Monday, 28 April and 5am on Tuesday, 29 April, during which further damage was inflicted on additional windows of the same building.
Police believe the two incidents are likely connected, and are now urging members of the public to come forward with any information.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said:
“Officers have reviewed CCTV and carried out house-to-house enquiries. We are now seeking help from anyone who may have seen something suspicious or captured footage in the area.”
