Crime Scene in Place on Marlborough Road, Dagenham After Police Incident

A section of Marlborough Road in Dagenham has been cordoned off by officers from the Metropolitan Police following an incident on Thursday morning.

The road was closed shortly after 10:15am on April 17, with a visible police presence at the scene and a cordon put in place. Officers were seen redirecting traffic and restricting access to the area while investigations got underway.

At this stage, the nature of the incident has not been confirmed. We have contacted both the Metropolitan Police and Barking and Dagenham Council for an official statement regarding the circumstances that led to the crime scene being established.

Local residents have reported seeing Police and an ambulance in the area, though this has not yet been verified.
