Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) responded to a shed fire in Dartford on Thursday, April 3, 2025. The fire, which broke out in a shed on Littebrook Manor Way, quickly spread to the rear reception room of a nearby house, prompting a major emergency response.
Three fire engines were dispatched to the scene at around 1:45 pm. Firefighters, equipped with breathing apparatus and high-pressure hose reel jets, worked to bring the blaze under control. The KFRS Volunteer Response Team also attended to support the affected occupants.
No Injuries Reported
Thankfully, there were no reported injuries as a result of the fire. The swift response from KFRS crews prevented the fire from spreading further.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation. Firefighters remained on site for over an hour, ensuring that the area was safe and the fire completely extinguished.
