A 50-year-old man from Harlow has been arrested on suspicion of murder following a fatal collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian. The incident took place on a cycle path off Momples Road at around 5:30 pm on Saturday, March 29.
The arrest was made on Sunday evening (March 30) after officers from the Serious Crime Directorate executed a targeted warrant at an address in Harlow. The suspect remains in custody for questioning as the investigation continues.
