Man who drove after taking drugs claiming #coronavirus justified his actions is disqualified from driving

A drug driver has been disqualified from driving by a London Magistrates court.
Bayram Eren,31 of Boyton Road,North London was found guilty after  prisding magistrates  didn’t buy his excuse for refusing to provide.
 
Eren failed  to provide specimen for analysis after being arrested for drug driving in May 2020 by officers from the City of London Police claiming the risk of #coronavirus justified his actions.
 
On 18th August 2020 Mr EREN was sentenced at Thames Magistrates Court: £625 fine.  He was also disqualified from driving for 17 months given Community Order and ordered to carry out unpaid work.
