Firefighters were called to the scene of a shed fire in Thistle Road, Gravesend on Sunday afternoon, prompting a swift response from Kent Fire and Rescue Service.
The alarm was raised at 4:05pm, and four fire engines were dispatched to the location. Fire crews, wearing breathing apparatus, used main jets to extinguish the flames and bring the incident under control by 5:36pm.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the fire was contained before it could spread to nearby properties or cause further damage.
A spokesperson from Kent Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that the blaze is believed to have been started accidentally, though a full investigation into the circumstances continues.
