A major fire broke out in the early hours of this morning at the New Pembury Hotel on Seven Sisters Road, Hackney, prompting a large-scale emergency response and causing significant disruption to local transport services.
The London Fire Brigade was called to the scene at approximately 1am deploying a number of fire engines, a turntable ladder (TL), and multiple crews to tackle the blaze.
