Road Closure and Bus Diversions
Philip Lane is shut in both directions between High Road (A10) and Town Hall Approach Road.
London bus routes 230 and 341 have been diverted due to the closure.
The incident was first reported around 5:00 am, and while traffic is currently coping well, delays could increase as rush hour approaches.
Transport for London (TFL) issued an update stating:
“Philip Lane in both directions closed due to police incident between A10 High Road and Town Hall Approach Road. Diversion – for buses 230 and 341.”
