Woman Brutally Assaulted Outside BBC Oxford – Police Seek Witness

Thames Valley Police have released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with an assault that occurred in Summertown, Oxford.

The incident took place on Saturday, 21 December, at approximately 11:20pm outside BBC Oxford on Banbury Road.

The victim, a woman in her sixties, was head-butted by a man and required hospital treatment for her injuries. She has since been discharged and is recovering.

Police Appeal

Investigating officer PC Adam Webb said:

“I am appealing to anyone who recognizes the man pictured, as he may have vital information to assist us with our enquiries.

“If this is you, please come forward as soon as possible.”

Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact Thames Valley Police by calling 101 or reporting online, quoting reference 43240617690.
