Harry Gittins, 35, of Regent Square, Camden, was arrested on Friday, 6 December, and charged the same day. He has been remanded to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court.
The Incident
Anthony Marks was assaulted on Whidborne Street, Camden, on 10 August. He received medical treatment in hospital for three days before being discharged. However, two weeks later, Marks suffered a seizure and was readmitted to the hospital, where he tragically died on 25 September.
Ongoing Investigation
Two other individuals, a 17-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl, have also been charged with Anthony’s murder. Both remain on remand awaiting trial. Due to their ages, they cannot be named.
