Police have issued a CCTV image as part of an investigation into a recent theft at a Vodafone store in Tunbridge Wells. Officers are seeking to identify a man in connection with two incidents at the store on Calverley Road, where mobile phones were reportedly targeted.
On October 4, 2024, an iPhone was stolen from the store after a man, accompanied by a teenage girl, allegedly pried the device from its display. The same suspect was seen returning on October 30, attempting to steal another phone. However, he fled the scene after being confronted by staff.
Police are now appealing for information to identify the man pictured in the CCTV image, as he may have valuable information related to the incidents. Anyone who recognizes him is urged to contact Kent Police on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/192361/24.
