Kent Police are appealing for witnesses following a tragic motorcycle accident that resulted in the death of a man in his 50s on the A282 near Dartford. The incident occurred on Wednesday, October 30, at approximately 2:32 p.m., on the clockwise carriageway.
Emergency services, including officers from Kent Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service, were dispatched to the scene, but the motorcyclist was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The man’s next of kin has been informed.
The road remained closed for several hours as police and emergency services responded, with all lanes reopening around 11:45 p.m.
Investigators are urging anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
