18-Year-Old Woman Arrested Following Stabbing in Brierley Hill

 

An 18-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was seriously injured in a stabbing in Brierley Hill last night (October 10).

West Midlands Police were called to the scene on High Street at around 6:30pm following reports of a stabbing. The victim, an 18-year-old man, was taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.

Police are continuing to search for a second suspect, who reportedly fled the scene on foot. Officers remain at the scene today, conducting CCTV inquiries and speaking to witnesses. Extra patrols have been put in place to reassure the local community.
