Detectives investigating the supply of cocaine in Gravesend have arrested three men in connection with drug-related offences following a targeted operation. The arrests were made after county-line investigators executed a search warrant at a property in the Woodford area of London on Thursday, October 10, 2024.
Two men were detained outside the property, where cash and a mobile phone were seized. During a search of the premises, officers discovered quantities of cocaine, cannabis, and electronic scales. Later that same day, a car was stopped by police on Springhead Road in Gravesend, leading to the arrest of the driver, who was also found in possession of cocaine and cannabis.
The men arrested include Edison Kaculi, 31, of Cobham Street, Gravesend; Khalifa Omar, 53, of Barking Road, Plaistow, London; and Sebah Meshi, 31, of Lexington Avenue, Romford. All three have been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis.
The suspects appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, October 12, and have been remanded in custody. They are scheduled to appear for a hearing at Woolwich Crown Court on Monday, November 11.
This operation is part of ongoing efforts by Kent Police to tackle the supply of illegal drugs in the Gravesend area. Further investigations are expected to continue.
