POLICE have arrested two brothers suspected of carrying out an alleged acid attack in Southampton   city centre. Billy and Geoffrey Midmore, 22 and 26 respectively, were detained this evening in Gillingham, Kent, along with a 33-year-old woman. https://youtu.be/3RkxIURiHNo
