  • Curtis Turner, 41, of Admiral Seymour Road in Eltham, admitted to assaulting a woman, causing criminal damage to her property, threatening to smash her pub’s windows, and committing public order offences, all in July. Turner received a four-month prison sentence, suspended for one year, and must complete 40 hours of unpaid work along with 15 days of rehabilitation activities.
  • Paul Penfold, 58, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to assault by beating a woman on Lewisham High Street on Tuesday, September 17. He was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison.
  • Uchenna Nwabuisi, 23, of Silver Birch Close in Thamesmead, was found in possession of a lock knife on Tanners Close on Tuesday, September 17. Nwabuisi, who had a previous knife offence, was sentenced to 146 days in jail due to the severity of the repeat offence.

These cases highlight the swift handling of criminal activity in the region, particularly in cases involving violence and dangerous weapons.
