In the early hours of Sunday morning, a family farm in the Stockton-on-Tees area was hit by thieves who stole a Polaris Ranger, valuable tools, and a sprayer attachment worth approximately £3,000.
The theft occurred at around 3am. Thanks to an onboard tracking system, the stolen Polaris Ranger was located in Lackenby Woods and has since been recovered, sustaining only minor damage to its side mirrors.
However, the tools, primarily of the Milwaukee brand, and the sprayer attachment remain unaccounted for. The farm owners are eager to recover these items, which represent a significant financial loss to their business.
Cleveland Police have been notified and are currently investigating the incident. They are appealing to the public for any information that could assist in recovering the stolen items or identifying the perpetrators involved.
Anyone with information regarding this theft is urged to contact Cleveland Police on 101.
